"My wife and I are forever indebted to Symboll for expertly capturing each of our wedding's moments exactly as we requested. Working with them was a breeze from start to finish. But in order to ensure that your gallery and video are perfect we advise couples to clearly define what they do and don’t want from the team. This means patiently studying their portfolio beforehand and taking notes. As well as any other inspirations you feel should inform the finished product. Ours was a Blindian fusion wedding, which we knew they had experience with so we felt confident selecting them. Our plan was to ensure Symboll's team was treated as additional wedding guests and create an environment in which they were respected as professionals and unrestricted from doing their job. This paid dividends and relieved any logistical pressures we may have faced otherwise by ensuring their transport was appropriately handled and that they were able to enjoy the features of the resort while also being able to recharge. During the editing phase we did have to circle back with the team a few times to fine-tune the gallery and full-length wedding video. But again, patience was key to creating a once-in-a-lifetime capsule of memories. We cannot recommend Symboll enough, and have already passed their contact on to friends in our circle.
