When Nolan, the electrician, called ahead and said he could arrive earlier than scheduled, it was very convenient for me. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure he understood exactly where the new outlets needed to go. There was a small difference from the original estimate about the placement, which meant a little extra work with some conduit and another box on the wall, but Nolan and Geoffrey both made sure the work matched what I wanted without changing the price.
